NO HEAT HERE

Pros

Location next to the park

Cons

The heating when I lived there did not work and they refused to fix it because they were too cheap. An apt flooded because pipes bursted in the winter. Rats were bad on the street and we had mice in the apartment annually. Do not move here!

Advice to the owners

DO BETTER AND FIX THE HEAT. STOP BEING CHEAP!

Cons

Roaches at times from sink
