Nice building on South 3rd street

nice building, prompt maintenance response, spacious rooms
Cons:
huge roach problem, biggest ones I’ve ever seen and we saw them very often in our apartment

great super, poor management

the super is very responsive and helpful with high priority asks (gas leaks, water leaks). Have not had issues with mice.
Cons:
the property manager is unhelpful and packages have gotten stolen.
