Review Summary for The Gramercy Place Condominium
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenants of THE GRAMERCY PLACE CONDOMINIUM praise the attentive and friendly doormen and management, noting a clean and well-maintained environment with excellent amenities like gyms and roof decks. The buildings tend to have strong pest control and water pressure, with a generally quiet and neighborly atmosphere. However, some renters experienced noise issues, maintenance delays, and higher rent pricing compared to neighboring buildings. Management responsiveness is mostly timely but can vary, and particular representatives have been criticized for leasing mishandlings. Overall, the landlord maintains well-run buildings with room to improve communication and pricing fairness.

Beware of Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are fantastic and I never had a problem with pests.
Cons:
The on-site rental company representative, Brette, is a nightmare. She messed up our lease several times and even accused us of failing to pay rent after she failed to deliver us a new lease in a timely manner. If you rent in this building, go directly through a condo owner to avoid any issues.

Great experience in a well-located full service building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Dedicated management team, clean, well-located, great amenities, in well-maintained beautiful building. Great neighbors who are all relatively quiet. Good mix of families and young adults.
Cons:
Pricing is relatively high given area comp. Apartments are priced well above the vacant apartments in surrounding buildings.
Advice to owner:
Price closer to area comps and provide discounts to tenants for inaccessible amenities due to renovations.
