Pros
Love Franklin Ave! Sometimes noisy but that’s the life you sign up for on this street. Management always very responsive to us, no problems with pests to my knowledge.
Cons
It’s a walk up! And there is a backyard but other floors have no access. Management also continues to raise the rent- if they hadn’t we would’ve stayed longer, but the price is no longer worth the small amount of space.

Quiet clean building in unbeatable location for subway access
Pros
Small Quiet Super is great and keeps everything in good shape Nice courtyard Good lighting Many good grocery stores within a couple blocks in any direction
Cons
Some package theft Laundry machines could be cleaned more often
