Not Worth the Price

Pros

The best part of this building is its convenient location, with plenty of stores for snacks and everyday essentials, as well as excellent access to public transportation.

Cons

The condition of the building is very disappointing. The entire building needs better maintenance. The common areas are always dirty and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant environment for residents. There is often a strong odor of garbage, and at times the building has smelled like there may be a dead rat somewhere in the common areas. The super told all the non voucher residents that, in his opinion, the building is poorly maintained because management accepts city and state housing vouchers. He said the owner is at fault.

Advice to the owners

Management needs to clean up its act. It's current condition, this building is not worth all the aggravation.

Nice big space

Cons

The soundproofing can definitely be improved
