Pros
This building is in a great location - close to East Village spots but on a pretty quiet street. Elevator service, laundry in basement, rooftop with tables, package lockers. I found the building to be clean and the super to be responsive, and overall had a good experience living here.
Cons
Don’t really have any true cons. Occasionally it felt like some residents weren’t being super respectful of the space in the basement recycling/trash area. (Building staff was amazing at handling though!)

Great super. Laundry in basement. Nice rooftop. Quiet - I hardly ever hear my neighbors. Hardly any problems in 3yrs aside from a small leak
Cons
Package lockers often get full l your packages are left out in the open. However the super is amazing at bringing them to your door or putting them in a locker.
Advice to the owners
Frankie is amazing give him a raise!!
