Elevator never works correctly

Elevator never works on the weekend. Elevator is broken often enough that it impacts my life and visitors. Would not recommend living here unless you’re on the 1st floor. Elevator has impacted my family visiting me, I’ve missed trains, it s a far too common occurrence. Requests to management to fix it go unanswered.
