-quiet neighborhood -nearby trains -grocery store nearby -neighbors were respectful
Cons
-some issues with one of the other tenants -one side of the apartment is much colder than the other -super was not always the most responsive

Beaver Street residence
Pros
Overall, fine street across from an elementary school. The neighboring buildings still hold some local families and they have parties during the nice weather months with good music. Close to the M/J. Good area in Brooklyn. Close to shops and stores and groceries. Only 3 unit building
Cons
No backyard access for units 2 and 3. No roof access. Can hear noise from Broadway.
