hands off landlord, get your rent in, they are happy clean building easy to get ahold of for fixing things and stuffs

there were a few rare days where water was dirty packages can sometimes block main corridor water pressure isn’t all that great

1) heat is NEVER on. Constantly had to call super 2) way overpriced for a studio - entire building is comprised of studios 3) the management company Airbnb’s the building constantly. I moved because the Airbnb rentals were loud, rowdy and potentially dangerous 4) DO NOT EXPECT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!
Advice to the owners
You still have some awesome Tenant’s left in the building. You need to offer them some sort of compensation so they don’t go through with the lawsuit they are planning
