1) heat is NEVER on. Constantly had to call super 2) way overpriced for a studio - entire building is comprised of studios 3) the management company Airbnb’s the building constantly. I moved because the Airbnb rentals were loud, rowdy and potentially dangerous 4) DO NOT EXPECT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!
Advice to owner:
You still have some awesome Tenant’s left in the building. You need to offer them some sort of compensation so they don’t go through with the lawsuit they are planning
