Unresponsive and neglectful management, great super

Pros

Great location next to Riverside, great super.

Cons

Management is unwilling or incapable of responding or getting back to you. They mostly deflect to the super on issues that the super cannot resolve and are up to management. Have had issues with package thieves. If you have a problem that requires management involvement it will be very difficult if not impossible to get resolved.
