Great location, kept in decent shape
Cons
Some of the “improvements,” they’ve made are a joke, like the half painted stair railings. No laundry or bike/stroller storage.

Clean and on the park
Pros
The building is kept clean. The lobby (carpet) is shampooed and walls are wiped down. I never had issues with pests. An exterminator comes once a week. It's small, but you're paying for access to the park.
Cons
Management takes 2-3 business days to respond. I agree with another review here-- walls are pretty thin. You can hear conversations and footsteps in the hallway, but my neighbors were quiet and respectful.
