It was for a summer, good enough
Small, kitchen was not really functional
responsive super, good neighbors, quiet (couldn't hear the restaurant at all).
we had repeated problems with roaches that came from the apartment above us. super was good about extermination for us, though. they didnt deal with the root problem though..
