Cons

Trash piles up in the trash room. Laundry room is not the cleanest. Ceilings are super thin and you can hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbors.

Pros

Nicer than a walk up, not as fancy as a doorman building. Great super.

Cons

New gym is expensive and the building tenants haven’t been offered a break.
