Pros
Brownstone historic mott haven district nearby transportation 6 train and 4&5 138th st and easy access to Manhattan very walkable. Diverse neighborhood everything within 4block radius. Lots of mew construction nearby for “gentrification” or bring im Diversirty aka higher income diversity.
Cons
Nearby project’s could use higher cleaning services im neighborhood. Low income neighborhood so cost or housing is lower. But, neighborhood dynamics are very Spanish and black. Lots of highway traffic and fumes and smells.

None im a neighborhood resident hes his own person💁🏻♀️
