Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Isaac Aryeh reveal a mixed management style. Positive feedback notes responsive and kind superintendents, good location convenience, and generally quiet, safe neighborhoods. Many appreciate amenities like in-unit laundry and stable rent in some buildings. However, pest control issues, including rats and cockroaches, are recurrent concerns with slow or inadequate responses. Some buildings suffer from cleanliness issues, lack of maintenance (e.g., non-working laundry rooms, broken intercoms), and noisy or problematic neighbors. Communication from management can be inconsistent, especially for non-urgent repairs. Prospective renters should expect a variable experience depending on the property, with the potential for both attentive support and frustrating delays.
