Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for the buildings managed by Isaac Aryeh reveal a mixed bag of tenant experiences. Residents often commend the spacious apartments, responsive management, and well-maintained amenities, especially highlighting the attentive superintendents. However, many tenants express dissatisfaction with the management’s responsiveness to maintenance requests and persistent issues with pests and heating inconsistencies. Several reviews point to security concerns, particularly around package theft and unaddressed pest problems. While some buildings maintain cleanliness and have good garbage management, others suffer from neglected common areas. Overall, prospective renters can expect decent accommodations but should be wary of management's engagement.
