Great Building, plagued by it's older infrastructure
Pros
Location, across from whole foods! The front desk staff / "white glove" staff are great
Cons
Heating breaks often There are leaks ALL OVER the buildings, especially if it rains for 4+ hours . We've lived here for two years, and have been promised multiple times by management that there were fixes - but nothing has been done. I'll say that it looks like they've finally started repairs, but they'll likely be done in 6 months (-6/2023) Price gouging from management for me and other tenants. My rent went up over 15%, and I wasn't alone!
Advice to the owners
Please don't lead your tenants on and make fake promises

Clean Great staff Good location
Cons
Renovations are nice but paint is just layers upon layers and peels off So expensive compared to other buildings in the area
