Solid Building in an Excellent Neighborhood
Pros
The location can't be beat, the back yard is really something special, and the super is very responsive.
Cons
Occasional mouse problem but handled promptly, the heater bangs terribly in winter, super is great but management is impossible to get a hold of.

Well kept hallways, trash well maintained, lovely neighbors

Rats infested in even the high floors, even after exterminator came
