Solid Building in an Excellent Neighborhood

Pros:
The location can't be beat, the back yard is really something special, and the super is very responsive.
Cons:
Occasional mouse problem but handled promptly, the heater bangs terribly in winter, super is great but management is impossible to get a hold of.

Simple but on a budget

Pros:
Clean. Common areas are swept and cleaned often.
Responsive. Live in super who makes sure your problems are solved.
Cons:
Everything is on a budget - Building repair is very minimal and often looks bad with misplaced parts
Heat vent on 6th floor bathrooms causes chronic mold.
Bugs- Lots of bugs with warmer weather
Noise- Right behind the BQE. Can't hear your neighbors tho!
Advice to owner:
Invest in tools to repair properly and fix heating systems in bathrooms.
