So Far so good
Pros
Laundry in the basement. Parking garage. Elevator. Large living spaces. Close to the train. New intercom system synced to our phone. Everyone in the building is very nice. Pets are allowed with no fee. Rent stabilized unit.
Cons
Management & super don’t communicate, and management takes months to resolve issues. Packages get stolen sometimes. Limited parking spots. Stoop is always messy, glass/trash outside of the elevator at street level, and the elevator breaks down a lot. Homeless people often sleep in front of the elevator outside or on the stoop. AC units require repair multiple times per season. One of the 3 washers in basement has not worked in over a year.
Advice to the owners
Clean stoop & area in front of elevator more often. Make a way for packages to get stolen less, like a package locker. Be more responsive to maintenance requests

poor management that doesn’t even do the minimum. building not well maintained and renovators cut major corners.
