My Time Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s pretty quite. There’s no package room but I’ve never had a problem with it and the super will sometimes hold packages for you. The apartment is very spacious and updated. Water pressure and temp are phenomenal.
Cons:
The tenants don’t really take care of the garbage area outside of the super doing the weekly cleaning.

Overall well-maintained with a few trouble spots
Former Tenant
Pros:
Flexible management company with good communication. Building is a bit run down but they’ve been repainting and slowly fixing it up. Elevator is very reliable.
Cons:
Have had issues every so often with mice and cockroaches. Laundry in basement is still not available even though it was advertised when we first signed the lease.
