Poor building in nice neighborhood.
Pros
Our apartment had a good amount of natural light.
Cons
Our apartment was cold and hot: cold in the winter, hot during summer. The windows are an absolute mess that do not insulate at all. You could hear the wind gusts during the winter. We lived on the 5th floor of a walk-up.
Advice to the owners
Stop being such a slum lord.
