    decent apartment for some time

    nice neighborhood, good neighbors, heat works well, cozy apartment

    old building and not always maintained well

    Poor building in nice neighborhood.

    Our apartment had a good amount of natural light.
    Cons:
    Our apartment was cold and hot: cold in the winter, hot during summer. The windows are an absolute mess that do not insulate at all. You could hear the wind gusts during the winter. We lived on the 5th floor of a walk-up.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being such a slum lord.
