Great stay sad to be leaving

Pros

Good location to 125th street A and D trains express. Just renovated. Great super and service. Good space. Staff is great and friendly.

Cons

Gets very hot on 8th floor even wirh AC. Floors are a little outdated and uneven. Still far from midtown or south if you commute.

Advice to the owners

Keep up good work. Maybe redo the floors of new units?

Susan's Court Harlem

Pros

Elevator building on quiet street. Accounting team is responsive.

Cons

Not sure the doorman is needed given we now have apps to open the door. Apartments are older compared to all the newer construction in Harlem but still rents are still high.

Advice to the owners

Maybe update the carpets and lighting throughout the building.
