Nightmare neighbors but liked the building itself

Pros

I liked alot about the building including the outdoor space, high ceilings, ect

Cons

Rodent issue and neighbors were a nightmare. There is one set of owners that bought their place 5 years ago and are absolute nightmares. I lived below them and they were ALWAYS complaining about absolutely nothing that they disguised as noise.

Affordable but needs updates

Pros

Water gets hot quickly, trash is taken out frequently, no packages are stolen, and affordable rent

Cons

rats in front of building, interior leading up to apartment units are run down (cracked floors and walls, leaking ceiling, busted light), hard to reach building maintenance/super, heat was off for several months

Advice to the owners

retile floors, fix the ceilings and walls, address maintenance issues, patch the holes in the sidewalk to deter rats
