Former tenant·1 hour ago

Pretty good apartment for the location!

Pros

Neighbors are friendly and easy to work with around moving and also any issue in the building.

Cons

Building management was terrible, they would blame issues on other things instead of actually fixing them. However the management has changed recently and it seems to have gotten better

Neighbor harassment, nonresponsive landlord

Pros

Beautiful location, nice neighborhood, pretty street.

Cons

Landlord was extremely slow to respond to broken heat, a broken lock, garbage and shoes left in the shared hallway, unleashed dogs, and a neighborhood who was stalking and harassing young women in the building. I was constructively evicted from my apartment because of the severity of stalking and harassment and the landlord assumed no responsibility, was dismissive and minimizing, and is refusing to return my security deposit.
