Absolute WORST Building in NYC - Worse than NYCHA

Absolutely nothing. Nothing to like at all

Cons

Every single tenant is unemployed. Snooping on everyone's business. Slamming doors and making unnecessary noises like it's a living. And check out all the violations that the city has penalized them for this year. I am SO glad I left before situations got worse. Don't get me started on what the neighboring buildings have been saying about them

You ever been to times square? Flushing? This is Times Square #2 for no reason. Everyone must be unemployed and constantly on the streets. One of the biggest reasons I fled this area
