Former tenant·9 minutes ago

Overall great place to live

Pros

unit was well maintained, access to roof was a big plus. landlord wasn't always the most responsive but luckily things rarely broke. On the fourth floor, facing east things were very quiet. Can't speak to street facing apartments.

Cons

Laundry in building was nice but did not feel like it washed clothes as well as the laundromat. Also, the garbage was not the best kept.
