Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Adam Parkoff indicate significant issues with management responsiveness and neighbor behavior. While some residents appreciate the spacious apartments and decent heating and garbage management, complaints frequently arise about unresponsive management, noise disturbances, and ongoing pest problems. Many tenants describe the management as neglectful, with security concerns going unaddressed. There’s a common sentiment that while the buildings may have potential, the overall experience is marred by mismanagement and a lack of attentive oversight. Prospective renters should consider these challenges before deciding on a lease.

Do Not Rent from New Park Management or Parkoff!

Pros

The apartment itself was spacious for the price.

Cons

Management took several months to fix anything.

Great Building / Terrible Neighbors and Management

Pros

Very spacious apartments, no major issues with utilities or heat, close to transportation, lovely courtyard

Cons

Completely unresponsive management and security cameras DO NOT WORK. Someone was robbed in the building lobby and management never even responded to them. Definition of a slumlord. Upstairs and downstairs neighbors are incredibly noisy and rude. People leave stuff in the trash rooms (instead of taking their stuff down where it is supposed to go).
