Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Adam Weinstein reveals a mixed picture of management quality. Many residents praise the maintenance staff's dedication, cleanliness in select buildings, and supportive community services. However, persistent issues include rodent infestations, inconsistent maintenance responsiveness, subpar security, broken amenities such as laundry and elevators, and cleanliness problems in some locations. Some tenants appreciate safety measures like pleasant security staff, while others report unsecured lobbies and disruptive neighbors. Generally, management is commended when responsive and proactive but criticized for slow or inadequate responses and neglect in upkeep. Prospective renters should expect variability in management quality depending on the building.
