Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Alan Garfield indicate significant management issues, particularly regarding responsiveness and maintenance. Many residents expressed frustration with the slow response to heating failures and pest control complaints, impacting their overall living experience. While cleanliness and garbage management received mostly favorable remarks, concerns about pests and inconsistent water pressure persisted. Although some buildings are well-maintained and located in desirable neighborhoods, the recurring dissatisfaction with the management team suggests potential renters should proceed with caution, prioritizing clear communication and prompt service in their search.
