East Village Apartment

Pros

Quieter street in the East Village. Management is relatively responsive. Apartments are renovated. Central AC and heat. Roof access for top floor units.

Cons

Laundry in the basement is expensive and not very reliable. Not much storage space within the units.

Great location. The porter is nice and does a good job

Cons

The heat is really janky. Mice inside and there are rats in the garbage area.
