Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback on buildings managed by Calynne Oyolokor reveals mixed experiences. Residents appreciate friendly doormen, convenient locations, and some renovated units, often noting quiet neighborhoods and good water pressure. However, multiple reviews cite persistent issues with pest control, slow or poor maintenance responses, outdated apartment conditions, and cleanliness concerns. Garbage management and heating services vary by building, with some praising organized services while others report frequent elevator breakdowns and unresolved repairs. Communication and responsiveness from management are inconsistent, with tenants urging more timely maintenance and better upkeep. Overall, expect a management approach that has room for improvement in maintenance and pest control while maintaining some positive staff interactions.

good if your unit is renovated

Pros

good neighborhood, quiet, low crime, safe.

Cons

if your specific unit is renovated, you're probably good, but generally it's an older building so harder to clean apartments. the building has had a problem w mice and roaches but recently it's better.

Facades Fade Quickly

Pros

they have done a good job at renovating these units as they are great to look at and live in

Cons

Realize quickly that it truly is all facade. No water pressure, floor slopes, poor electrical wiring, etc
