Great Cozy Units

Pros

Very well kept, never have to worry about bugs or pests, management is super responsive and helpful.

Cons

Units are on the smaller side and don't get great light unless you're on the top floor.

Great and safe building on the UES

Pros

I always felt super safe in this building. The management office was incredibly responsive and if anything needed fixing they’d have someone put there usually within 1 day. The building is quiet and the walls have incredible soundproofing. I didn’t ever hear my neighbors.

Cons

The hallways/stairs could use a bit more attention in terms of keeping them clean.
