    Pros:
    SW Management owns the whole 78 and 79 street blocks. It's always clean and well maintained. Lots of staff and feels very safe.
    Cons:
    Front desk manager is not very kind. Packages sometimes get stolen from vestibules (I think this is a common thing anymore). If you want to break a lease be prepared to pay. They are zero flexibility on this.

    BAD Roach Problem

    - Calm, quiet area
    - Responsive and organized management team
    - Rent-controlled
    - Friendly maintenance team
    Cons:
    - Roaches... At first, if was a once a month thing. When they finally sealed holes in the kitchen that were most likely where they were coming in through, they still kept coming in, but through my bathroom sink... It was disgusting and had to keep my sink covered/shut at all times whenever I wasn't using it to brush my teeth or to wash my hands or face.
    - At first they would cover basic maintenance services, but then they started randomly charging for things, like $10 to replace a lightbulb in the bathroom.
