Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews of buildings managed by Jeffrey Luciano reveal a mixed management experience. While the buildings are often described as clean, modern, and centrally located with friendly doormen, persistent issues include poor heating, pest infestations (notably mice), and inadequate garbage and maintenance management. Several tenants note slow or insufficient owner responsiveness when addressing these problems. Noise levels and thin walls also affect living comfort. Some tenants appreciate updated units with in-apartment amenities but caution about high rents not matching the quality of management or building upkeep. Overall, renters advise more attentive, human-centered management and improved pest control to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Wanted to love it

Pros

Location is amazing and doormen are great

Cons

The building doesn't care about issues they allowed me to live in stench of a dead man (my neighbor) without concern and it was unlivable I had to leave many times the smell was so bad, the 'laundry room' is a joke and they don't replace things, the heat never properly runs i have to take measures and email them regularly.

Advice to the owners

If you just take care of the building and tenants people will pay your high prices and more
