    Pros:
    Location is amazing and doormen are great
    Cons:
    The building doesn't care about issues they allowed me to live in stench of a dead man (my neighbor) without concern and it was unlivable I had to leave many times the smell was so bad, the 'laundry room' is a joke and they don't replace things, the heat never properly runs i have to take measures and email them regularly.
    Advice to owner:
    If you just take care of the building and tenants people will pay your high prices and more

    SOME nice doormen
    Clean building
    Cons:
    Heating sounded insane, disrupted sleep
    Sometimes felt like living in a dorm - micromanaged and weird relationship among some of the doormen
