Decent building, ok super

Pros

Walls are really thick so even though our neighbor throws parties a lot we aren’t bothered! elevator building right on the park!

Cons

Packages are stolen a lot, super doesn’t follow through on fixes unless you continuously bug him

Can be loud, hard to deal with pests given other people’s trash is left out. Landlord will try to take advantage of people who don’t know their rights. Needs electrical improvements.
