Good Place with some blips
Pros
Never had an issue with rats/mice/bugs great elevator rent increase was never egregious lobby kept clean (aside from packages but thats fine)
Cons
super is mid-tier responsive, management is low-tier responsive we did go about 8 months with no gas due to gas lines being replaced, and management was very unresponsive and could have handled communication a lot better there is constantly either a washer or dryer or both broken in the laundry room
Advice to the owners
cannot just communicate to tenants via a piece of paper posted on the front door. email was invented for a reason. just replace the washers and dryers. wouldnt that be less expensive than having to fix them every two months?

-old building -not maintained -unresponsive super and landlord -gas was out 6+ months, lied about (hid it was a gas leak), and did not give sufficient rent abatement -thin walls so can hear neighbors above and below constantly -hallways very filthy
