Great Apartments, Mediocre Management

Pros

The apartments are really well maintained and have large, interesting layouts. Appliances aren't top of the line, but workable. The neighbors are generally friendly, and there is a sense of camaraderie which is helped regular tenants meetings. Thick walls mean you don't really hear neighbors on your floor.

Cons

you DO however hear neighbors below and especially above you. Though it is not unbearable, the floors are definitiely loud when someone is walking above you. The management company used to be less responsive to issues, but has been much better in recent months.
