Spacious building but could be slightly better managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff here is really nice and responsive, save for the superintendent. The building is generally clean and most tenants have been living here for years.
Cons:
The superintendent is impossible to get a hold of. The waters been shut off multiple times while the staff does work without any notice, leaving me without water for hours at a time. It’s not great.
Advice to owner:
Get a new superintendent. Give notice to your tenants if you’re going to do any work in the building.
