Really great management

Pros

Management was always very on top of repairs and issues.

Cons

Like most buildings in Greenpoint, the walls are thin. So, you sometimes can hear your neighbors.

Nope this is not worth it

Pros

I've only seen a few bugs.

Cons

Dirty building. Paper thin walls. Weird constantly changing loud tenants. No heat or hot water for days at a time.

Advice to the owners

A coat of paint and a few more trash cans would do wonders…
