Management not responsive at all Not very clean common areas, inadequate attention to mold Large windows are poorly insulated, you need the AC/heat units on often Very dark living rooms (all light comes from bedroom windows)

Pros
Clean, quiet, and nice modern apartment
Cons
Heat is not provided, you have to use central unit so your electricity will be costly in the winter. Also there's individual water boilers in each apartment so you'd have 15 mins of hot water then it runs out for about 30 mins. There's also small traces of mold in the bathroom. I also didn't receive my security deposit after several months of moving out (which is illegal). I had to constantly reach out to management for my money back until I received it.
Advice to the owners
Stop being cheap with the hot water and you need to give tenants their security deposit within 30 days.
