Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for properties managed by Brad Thurman indicates a concerning trend. While some residents commend the friendly doormen and central locations, significant issues arise around pest control, cleanliness, and management responsiveness. Many tenants report frequent cockroach infestations, poor maintenance, and difficulty in receiving timely assistance for repair requests. Moreover, the perception of management's communication is largely negative, with complaints about rude interactions and financial disputes over deposits. Overall, while the buildings present affordable options, potential renters should brace for challenges related to management practices and property upkeep.

There’s some work to do

Pros

Doormen are the greatest

Cons

Horrible roach infestation

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Convenient location, but some costs

Pros

Convenient area near a lot of restaurants, building management is generally quick to turn around issues, friendly door staff

Cons

Noise from outside is well heard inside - especially being near the hospital, heating is inconsistent depending on your unit, roaches were a common occurrence though they provide pest control
