Elevators usually worked, lobby was kept somewhat clean though not my floor, friendly doormen, large apartment, convenient location, polished apartment floor and bathrooms, barely dealt with roaches.
Smelly building, super would take quite long to respond, courtyard was full of pigeon waste.
