Great Building to live in

Pros

Building is amazing and so is the staff, very responsive and helpful. Great amenities and discount to the equinox of you show them your lease.

Cons

Price is a little high. The tend to increase price 10-12% a year so be ready to fork over over some $$$

Advice to the owners

Great building but enough with the crazy rent increases. I know so many people who live the building but get priced out and have to move.
