Nice but be ready for subway noise and loud neighbors

Pros:
Staff was friendly and responsive. Units are cookie cutter and fine
Cons:
It feels like a glorified dorm with loud parties often. This also sits above the subway and you can hear and feel the trains as they rumble by

Flashdancers is across the street Great doormen Sqft./$ is great Large Space Nicer rooftop than sister building
Cons:
All entrances smell like piss Flashdancers is across the street Inefficient ACs Sister building tenants come to our rooftop
Advice to owner:
The ammonia smell from piss is a 311 violation
