Nice quiet street, great neighborhood, affordable for splitting cost with 3 people total

Laundry in basement is essentially useless, trash management is basically nonexistent, cheap “landlord specials” covering things up, higher management/ building owners are hostile

Advice to the owners

You should actually respond promptly when tenants request something through the service. Also it is unethical to charge a service fee when paying directly through direct deposit for rent. Replace the laundry in basement, you advertised it as an amenity in apartment listing and the machines are basically useless, you’d have to Run several loads for it to somewhat work
