Rent stabilized units on a quiet block with nice & helpful super
Cons
Fairly clean but could def be better. Hallways and stairs need a deep clean as there is a building smell built into them due to no ventilation. Laundry in basement but moldy and needs cleaning often. Water often comes out brown even after running it for a long time after being away for several days. Units in general are pretty small. Management was extremely rude upon signing lease.
Advice to the owners
Clean the hallways and get new washing machines. Would make all the difference

This building is supposed to be rent stabilized but the owners take advantage of tenants and charge them MCI costs when they shouldn’t.
