    Pros:
    Okay appliances and good water pressure and washer and dryer in the building
    Cons:
    This building is supposed to be rent stabilized but the owners take advantage of tenants and charge them MCI costs when they shouldn’t.

    Stop trying to scam your tenants

    Shower water would occasionally run brown for extended periods of time Laundry machine does not dry clothes Rude building manager

    Don't be rude to the people paying your salary

    Wonderful neighbors who work together to look out for ourselves
    Cons:
    Property management is absolutely trash. AWFUL landlords.

    Have some compassion for your tenants. LISTEN to your tenants.
