disappointing and disrespectful

- the handyman who they outsource is super chill and good at fixing issues - great neighborhood
Cons
- gym is not usable and smells like cat urine - safety: door is always broken and people from outside stay in the basement or utilize laundry - laundry machines are often broken and never get a proper cleaning -packages get stolen frequently - Management does not help with anything, does not care if you need accommodations, and won't respond to you
Advice to the owners
don't be a property owner if you aren't going to care about the safety and well-being of your tenants
Fine units, unresponsive management
Pros
The units are fine and the super is fantastic. Any time we have an issue we go to him because management is unresponsive.
Cons
The landlords are almost completely unresponsive even when tenants health is at risk because of their negligence.
